Something broken, something missing, or something you would rather was not on Atlasia at all — this is where to say so. Email hello@atlasia.world and a person will read it. We answer within two working days, usually sooner.

Reporting something offensive

Every place, comment and profile in the app has a Report action behind the ··· menu. Reports reach us directly and we look at them within 24 hours; anything that breaks the rules is removed and the account behind it may be suspended.

You can also block anyone from their profile. Blocking hides their places, comments and profile from you, hides yours from them, and stops any notification passing between you. You can undo it at any time from the same menu.

If you would rather report by email, write to hello@atlasia.world with a link to the place or profile.

What is not allowed

• Photographs or text that are sexual, violent, hateful or harassing.
• Photographs of other people posted without their agreement.
• Impersonating somebody else.
• Anything illegal where you are, or where we are.

Accounts that do these things are removed.

Common questions

My photographs are not uploading. Each place and city holds up to ten photographs. If one is full, remove one before adding another. Photographs are shrunk on your phone before upload, so a slow connection is rarely the problem.

I am not getting notifications. Open the Alerts tab — if notifications are off, a banner there takes you to the right place in Settings. Notifications only arrive on a real device, never in a simulator.

A place is in the wrong city. Remove it and add it again from the city you want; cities are created from the place you pick, so searching for a more specific name usually fixes it.

I want my account gone. Settings, then Delete account. It removes everything, immediately. Or email us and we will do it for you.
